Watermelon Sugar

Recipe

What you’ll need:

  • Vodka or gin

  • 1 lime

  • Honey simple syrup

  • Champagne

  • Trader Joe’s watermelon soda or fresh watermelon juice

Instructions:

  • Fill glass with ice

  • Add 1 oz liquor

  • Add 3 oz champagne

  • Squeeze 1/2 lime

  • Add 1/2 oz honey simple syrup

  • Add 3 oz Trader Joe’s watermelon soda or fresh watermelon juice

  • Garnish with a lime wheel and watermelon slice
