Pomegranate Mule

Recipe

What you’ll need:

  • Vodka, tequila or rum

  • 1 lime

  • Ginger beer (we used Trader Joe’s brand!)

  • Pomegranate juice

  • Optional: pomegranate seeds

Instructions:

  • Fill glass with ice

  • Add 1.5 oz. liquor

  • Squeeze 1/2 lime

  • Fill almost to the top with ginger beer

  • Top with pomegranate juice

  • Garnish with a lime wheel and pomegranate seeds
