Sparkling Sage Berry

Recipe

What you’ll need:

  • Blackberries

  • Honey sage simple syrup

  • Lemon

  • Sparkling wine

  • Sage

  • Optional: vodka or gin for an extra kick!

Instructions:

  • Muddle a small handful of blackberries

  • Add 1/2 oz honey sage simple syrup

  • Fill with ice

  • Squeeze half a lemon

  • Top with sparkling wine

  • Optional: 1 oz vodka or gin

  • Garnish with lemon wheel, sprig of sage, & blackberries
