Recipe

What you’ll need:

  • Mezcal

  • Lime

  • Rosemary honey simple syrup

  • Apple cider

  • Rosemary, cinnamon stick, or star anise

Instructions:

  • Fill glass with ice

  • 1.5 oz. mezcal ⁣

  • 1 oz. rosemary honey simple syrup⁣

  • Juice of half a lime ⁣

  • Top with apple cider ⁣

  • Garnish with rosemary sprig, star anise, or cinnamon stick
