Honey Mint Julep

Recipe

What you’ll need:

  • 2 oz. bourbon or whiskey

  • 3-5 mint leaves

  • 1 oz. honey simple syrup

  • Bitters

  • Crushed ice

Instructions:

  • Muddle 3-4 mint leaves and honey simple syrup

  • Add bourbon or whiskey

  • Pack glass tightly to the top with crushed ice + stir until the glass becomes frosty

  • Top with 3-4 dashes of bitters

  • Garnish with a mint sprig
