Ingredients (Mocktail)
2 oz peach puree
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
¾ oz Golden Peach Ginger Honey Infusion
3 fresh basil leaves
Sparkling water
Ice
Instructions
Gently muddle basil with the honey infusion.
Add peach puree and lemon juice.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into an ice-filled wine glass.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a peach slice and fresh basil sprig.
Cocktail Version
Add:
1½ oz bourbon
Shake with the remaining ingredients before topping with sparkling water.
